- The electrical systems are not part of the extended warranty. If the client purchases any warranty service package, only material costs will be charged for repairing and maintaining the electrical systems, whereas maintenance and labor cost will be not charged.
- Purchase any package with the project to get 5% discount for Package A, 10% discount for package B and 15% for package C.
- Periodical payment: Extended warranty service fee is paid on a yearly basis.
- In consideration to changes of raw material costs, exchange rates and customs duty policies etc., the extended warranty policy will be reviewed every five years, 3 months before end of each five year period.

- Repair and Maintenance outside Extended Warranty.
- Labor charge: USD 15/person/day
- On-site Service charge: USD20/person/day
- Material cost: Per actual bills.
- Special Notice:
- The above mentioned repair service will be conducted by our company or a third party company authorized by us.
- The warranty and extended warranty service does not cover system defaults caused by irregular usage, human errors or Force majeure.
- The warranty services do not include any other services promised by sales personnel other than the prescribed services.
- The warranty services only cover electrical heating equipment, not any other supplementary heating systems. Such can be repaired based on terms and conditions of the relative third party suppliers.
- The warranty services do not cover parts and components sold by other companies other than our company.
- The warranty services do not cover defaults caused by repairing or replacement performed by other companies other than our company or our authorized company.
- Guarantee for Repair and Maintenance.
- We have permanent establishment of Chinese technicians in Kathmandu.
- We hire and train Nepali repair and maintenance staff.
- After system installation and commissioning, we provide training for customers on basic operation and maintenance.
- We provide one on-site inspection each year for installed systems.
- We provide 7*24 H emergency repair services.
